Air Fryer Marlin Burgers
Ingredients
2 pounds fresh marlin
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons garlic powder
black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
dash cayenne pepper
1 small yellow onion, diced small
1 small bunch of cilantro, minced
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup almond flour
directions
Add marlin into food processor and pulse until the marlin is broken down and resembles ground beef. Preheat your air fryer.
Put the processed marlin into a bowl and add all spices, onion and cilantro. Mix well.
Mix in the eggs and almond flour.
Portion the mixture into 1/3 cup (press well) burgers, flatten a bit and place into your oiled air fryer.
Air fry the burgers at 380 degrees for about 9-10 minutes. Flip halfway.
Serve with homemade tartar sauce on butter lettuce buns or on a salad with ranch dressing.
