aloha, I’m shani hiraoka.

You’ve decided it’s time to get a handle on your health, and you’re considering doing a Whole30. Or maybe you have done a few rounds, and are struggling to find your food freedom. Whatever it is, I can help guide you on your journey to a better you.

Whole30 is hard, but so is undoing a lifetime of eating habits and guilt/shame around food. I’ll be here to guide you with compassion sprinkled with a little bit of tough love and a whole lot of questions as we work together to find out the best way for you to eat, repair your relationship with food and self, and up your “woo” game.

I am certified for both Whole30 programs - the original and the new plant-based. My Whole30 Certified Coach bio can be found here. If you want to read more about my journey and see if I’m the coach for you, my extended bio can be found here.

My Approach

It all begins with a decision. Maybe you are tired of being on the diet yo-yo train of loss, gain and disappointment. Or perhaps it’s health-related. Whatever your “why” is, I can help you. My 7 week Whole30 program is the perfect place to start, whether you’re new to Whole30 or a seasoned alumnae. If you simply need to push the “reset” button, a mini-reset may be what you need. If you’ve completed several Whole30s, yet still struggle in between rounds, I have a weekly food freedom package to help you structure life outside of Whole30.

Plan & Prepare

Whole30 needs to be planned out, mentally, physically, and emotionally. My 7 week program gives you 1 full week of exercises to set you up for success. I also heavily work with you to plan your systematic reintroduction of all the foods we’ve eliminated.

Do the thing

Whole30 is hard, and I will be here for you every single day through any of my programs with advice and encouragement, as well as any questions you may have.
