Golden Milk Latte


Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

  • pinch of black pepper

  • 1 cup of milk, heated

  • Honey or sweetener of choice.


directions

  1. Blend or froth all ingredients together.

  2. Add collagen peptides if you want to up your protein.
